INCONSISTENT PRACTICES/ COMPLAINTS

Transparency and the ability to share concerns about issues with any of the SFI standards is important for continual improvement and ensuring the legitimacy of certification standards.

Our process openly investigates concerns and official complaints. A complaint challenges the audit findings and the decision to grant certification or reports events that have occurred since the last audit that question the maintenance of the certification. Complaints do not  challenge the credibility or the content of the SFI standards.
